Initiate Your Request
Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the unworn, unwashed items in their original packaging with all tags attached, including a copy of your packing slip.
Ship the Items
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided by our support team to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects your return, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
